The hotel was clean and ready when we arrived, and its proximity to the Port made our trip smoother. Management responded promptly any time of day or night. I’d have liked an elevator, though—carrying heavy cruise bags up and down the stairs was a real challenge.

The décor was beautiful, the location great, and the place was very clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly; the password and username were correct, it showed as connected, but the internet was either absent or painfully slow, so I ended up using my own data.

Everything was easily accessible, and the restaurant below was great. The only downside was the lack of a pool.
