The location is charming. Parking is an issue, and people sitting at tables outside the rooms are very disruptive and annoying.

I found the motel incredibly cheap for its spot, just a 30‑40 minute walk down the street to St. Augustine’s historic downtown, which was a pleasant stroll past cozy bistros and shops. The room’s color palette reminded me of old Florida, especially the bathroom tiles, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover a small kitchenette. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone wanting to experience the old city without spending a fortune. The room was spotless and clean, except for a faint dog‑like odor when we first arrived, which vanished once the AC was turned on. Still, the room was nice and tidy.
