It was okay for an international chain; free breakfast and an 8 minute walk to the cruise metro station; there was a leak from the tap where a wet tissue was stuck inside the pipe, but it was resolved quickly by the service staff; it’s close to the Gulanyu Island ferry terminal. The area is rather quiet with a Zhenyuanyuan massage shop and a small handful of eateries; quiet at night.
“A Mixed Experience at the Hotel”
The hotel staff provided a pleasant experience, with both the evening male front desk staff and the morning female new staff member being friendly and welcoming. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and communication that detracted from the stay. Overall, the hotel showed potential but fell short in certain areas.
“A Name That Fails to Deliver”
The hotel's name has a pleasant ring to it, but unfortunately, it falls short in many areas.
Everything was okay.
“A Haven of Hospitality”
The hotel's pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff made for a wonderful stay, with the receptionists going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.
