The breakfast was very good.

The sea‑view location right by Visby’s centre was great, and I liked the roof bar and the pool, but I paid a steep price for four nights and never had the room cleaned even once. It was also disappointing to be charged extra for parking, mini‑golf and the hotel bicycles, and the breakfast buffet was just mediocre. The staff seemed indifferent, forgot to give me beach towels and didn’t provide basic check‑in information, and there were no adult‑only hours for the pool – a morning swim slot for adults between 7:30 and 9:00 would have been nice.

The staff were friendly, the facilities with sea view were great, and the food was wonderful.
