“FANTASTIC!”

We had a lovely stay in the garden room, which was private and a perfect little sun trap. Maurizio was the ideal host; the room was ready early so we could check in, and he had thought of everything—snacks, drinks, tea, and coffee. I’ve never been so well looked after. We left for the airport at 6.30, and when we arrived, my husband realized he’d left his phone behind. We had to wake Maurizio, who was a perfect gentleman, and he found the phone and went above and beyond to bring it to us! I hope to return someday; this will be our number one place to stay. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like; it was perfect!

The accommodation was very clean, and the shower was excellent after a long day. The location was perfect, and the host gave a lovely welcome. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We liked everything. The host was hospitable. The room looked as if we were the first guests. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, tidy, and the location was great—right next to the train and a supermarket. We definitely recommend it! And most importantly for tourists, the host was always reachable via WhatsApp from the moment of booking, so communication was very convenient.

“Best place to stay in Ciampino”

This place was perfect. The host was super kind and attentive. The location was ideal for being close to the airport and train station. The room showed a lot of detailed thought to make it comfortable and accommodating for any need the guests had. From snacks and drinks in the fridge to the careful display of WiFi info, business cards to help you find a nice place to eat, a highly multifunctional shower setup, and your own little garden area with a table and disposable cutlery—every detail was well considered. The value for money was excellent. I would 100% come back here.

“Great place”

I had a fantastic stay; the apartment was spotless, super cozy, and packed with everything I needed, plus the AC was a real bonus. The spot was spot-on, just a short walk from the train station, so getting to Rome Termini was a breeze and made touring the city a lot easier. Talking with the owner was a piece of cake, and checking in was straightforward. All in all, it was a great experience and I’d definitely suggest this place. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like – everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted for a comfy stay.
