“Waste of my money on staying on this hotel.”

There was no breakfast, which was a huge disappointment and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked this hotel, but the management told me they hadn’t received any booking request, which was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the overall condition and service were very poor: none of the lifts worked, breakfast was unavailable, and there were almost no staff to help guests. The lack of basic facilities and support made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with this experience and expect urgent action and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s management and staff. I booked my room online well in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that the rooms were already full. The staff was unhelpful and showed no sense of responsibility for the inconvenience caused. There was no proper communication or effort to provide an alternative solution. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially when reservations are confirmed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and professional stay.

“Disappointed”

I was totally disappointed. I had booked the room and even informed the property via message that I’d be checking in by 6 PM. But when I arrived, the hotel staff said there were no rooms available. It was really disappointing, especially after walking nearly 2 km to get there — and the staff’s rude attitude made it even worse.
