Even though my flight was delayed and I didn’t check in until around midnight, the staff replied to my messages and calls, which was a huge help. The property was clean and the team was very courteous, making my stay very comfortable. The only odd thing was the unusual shape of the room’s window—not inconvenient, just oddly designed.

The view was beautiful, and being on the ladies’ floor seemed to come with nicer amenities; the bed was also very comfortable. However, I was put off by the way a new staff member was being trained, and I felt the overall quality of the Washington Hotel staff has slipped compared to earlier visits.
