The rooms and the surrounding plantation were great. The only downside is that a hotel with its own coffee plantation can’t afford to give guests a cup of coffee after the plantation walk or during their stay.

We travelled with our twins who were 2 months old. The team was thoughtful and considerate throughout our stay, making it an experience of comfort and ease. I can’t name anyone because they helped us whenever we needed it; with such small kids, it would have been a mess otherwise.

The hotel's surroundings were a real treat, and the rooms were top-notch. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel really welcoming. The only thing that would've made it even better was some more amenities in the room. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We were really pleased with the hotel's location, and the staff were always polite and attentive. However, the breakfast and dinner options were a bit of a letdown, especially when it came to non-veg food being mixed with veg items. Still, the staff's good service made up for it.
