I was annoyed that I had to wait until 3 pm to check in after a long day of travel and they wouldn’t make an exception. The cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards, and the exterior was in disrepair. I wish I’d known that before booking.

I liked how quiet the hotel was; even in more upscale spots I’ve stayed, they were still a bit noisy, but this place was really calm. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel was mostly clean, and I even saw staff mopping, but my room’s ceiling had a dark spot that looked almost like mold, which was concerning. Breakfast could use improvement, but it was close to what I expected.
