The place was spotless and the room was spacious. Monique at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we asked for an extra blanket and a printout, and she handled everything with genuine kindness.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The room was big enough for 3 people. The outside balcony was an added bonus. There wasn't anything we didn’t like

The breakfast bistro serves one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and the hotel’s location was convenient for our family reunion. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there was no clear separation between the sofa bed and the main sleeping area.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant, and the room was tidy and welcoming, but a silly policy issue ruined the experience. I accidentally booked a room for Sunday 7/19 while arriving on 7/18, paid for the room on arrival, and asked for a refund from the clerk. She said she would submit a request, but both the hotel and the property refused to refund the second day’s charge while still collecting the first day’s fee, even though we only stayed one night.

The location was great, close to a lot of shopping and food. The shower wasn’t as clean as I’d like.
