Nothing was liked! There was a lot of noise because the windows faced the street with restaurants. The biggest inconvenience was that my son and I were bitten by bed bugs! Our whole bodies were covered in bites. This is unacceptable in a hotel.

The location is great, and the room itself is fine, but it could use a bit more warmth. The bathroom is intensely disgusting, there’s a lot of noise at night, and the room across from mine had a couple blasting music loudly. Plus, every time I go to the bathroom, it’s left dirty because they’re too lazy to pull the lever down.

No staff, the room was filthy, not cleaned, had mold on the ceiling, hot water for two days, and the bed legs were broken and had to be replaced.

The location works, and the room was pleasant. However, there was zero cleanliness, the TV didn’t work, and nobody seemed to care about fixing it.
