On the plus side, the pool area is lovely and quiet, and the breakfast spread is impressive, with a great selection of Asian dishes, toast, cereal, and eggs. The service is also top-notch, with staff happy to help and even taking our luggage upon arrival. The hotel's proximity to the Sunday market and the shuttle service to the night market are definite perks. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and the AC is quite loud, but it didn't bother me too much since I only turned it on before bed.

This hotel is a real charmer, with staff who are as friendly as can be. The free shuttle to the night market is a huge bonus, and the offer to hire a driver to take us to the main sights was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic time here, and the hotel's warm atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable.

The staff here are top-notch, especially the young women working in the restaurant, who went out of their way to make sure we had a great breakfast and dinner. However, the noise from the corridors was a real issue, especially in the mornings, and the rooms could do with some better soundproofing.

The value for money here is excellent - everything was great. The only thing that would've made it even better was if they'd had a few more options for breakfast, but overall it was a really good experience.
