“Assurdo!”
We liked the breakfast, the comfortable beds, and the good location for what we had to do, but the hotel showed a lack of respect by not informing us before our arrival that part of the façade was under scaffolding and major work was underway. We didn’t learn about it until we entered the room and saw the windows fully closed with a sign saying that work would run from 8 am to 5 pm, and that we could’t open the windows or shutters. We asked to change to a room on the other façade without scaffolding, but that wasn’t allowed until the next day. The room was also poorly sound‑proofed; after a night out we wanted to sleep but a neighbor was snoring, making it hard to fall asleep, and at 8 am they started drilling right outside our window. On top of that we found the minibar bottles filled, opened, and returned to the fridge. It was all absurd!
The breakfast was quite varied, but the room was under renovation, so the morning of 8 am started with a horrible noise. Another issue was waking up to men working right outside the window, and the blinds couldn’t be closed, leaving us feeling exposed and annoying.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and smiling. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with homemade pastries to enjoy on the garden balcony. I highly recommend it ♥️
