“Mooi en aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel.”

The welcome was very friendly in a typical Galapagos setting. Our airport transfer was well organized, even with a few stops on the way. The rooms were quiet despite being on one of Puerto Ayora’s main streets. Breakfast was tasty and served on the rooftop, and there was a small pool for a quick cool‑off.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they accommodated all our needs, even moving us to a quieter room after our visit to Isabela; the rooms were spacious, clean, and had excellent showers, and the location was just a stone’s throw from the town centre, making it easy to get around. The first two nights we stayed in a room facing the back, which was very noisy with barking dogs and people shouting in the early hours, but after asking for a quieter room we slept well.
