“Szép szállodai környezetben megfelelő jó szolgáltatások!”
The price/value ratio is lower than expected, half‑board service, a jacuzzi, a three‑bedroom room, and a central location; there is nothing else.

I stayed in a quiet spot, and the spa was close by, but that was the only good thing.

The place looked nice, but that was all.

The hotel was close to the sauna and shop, parking was on site, the dinner was solid for the price, and the hotel was clean. However, the steep staircase was very dangerous, the breakfast drinks and coffee were terrible, and I had never encountered a bad smell before. The food and selection were still attractive for the price, but those drinks totally ruined an otherwise good kitchen. I didn’t like that I couldn’t pay for drinks right after dinner; only the room number could be used, with no detailed itemisation on the final bill or its attachment.

The price included half‑board, and there was an extra dryer and hanger for wet clothes. Everything else cost extra: safe, AC, parking. The sauna could only be heated from 2 pm to 7 pm, when everyone was supposedly in the bath, so why would someone stay in Cserkeszőlő? The walls were very thin, the neighbour’s uncle snored all night, and his wife’s cough kept me up until dawn. The positive experience vanished as soon as I arrived because I had to fill out a long form with personal ID details. Dinner was the usual small Hungarian hospitality, a jug of tap water, and if they’d offered a medicinal‑water setting I’d gladly have had something else. The chef is in love, so the food is unhealthily salty. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, and they even forbid personal use for fire‑safety reasons. The rules are a long list to study; it’s a shame such a “fránya” guest is required for a hotel’s operation, otherwise there would be fewer problems.
