“Ár-érték arányban jó, de lehetne javítani pl a reggelin”
We arrived from Friday to Sunday, with two breakfasts included. The breakfast at 8.45 had already run out of most of the Swedish buffet; they blamed the current "group" staying. The building wasn't crowded. They don't seem to anticipate how many people will need breakfast on weekends. They brought out eight slices of sausage at once to refill. Milk had to be requested for coffee. Only plain white bread was available; we only heard about rolls, gluten‑free or whole‑grain bread for a whole weekend, if someone needed it. Overall, staying was okay, but the menu was limited to scrambled eggs, bagel bread, roasted sausage, rolls, cake, white bread, and a lot of S‑budget items, plus the usual mini margarine, butter, jam, cheese slices, and a few sliced vegetables. Lactose‑free or plant milk had to be requested. Lunch/dinner options were not extensive; the waiter began service by saying the menu was there, but pizza wasn't actually available, so don't order it. The duck breast was overcooked, dry, and chewy. The staff were friendly and polite, but the system needs improvement. For the Swedish buffet, I expected the lady to bring the milk container behind her, but it was empty, and I had to ask for everything. I haven't seen this elsewhere. In the wellness area, the saunas weren't operating on Saturday afternoon. A sign on the wall said to ring and the reception would turn them on. Sure, but a Finnish sauna doesn't get hot instantly. The infrared sauna temperature was set too high; at least the lady who had just left should have asked if it was ready or how hot it would be. The Finnish sauna was obviously freezing. We couldn't wait long because we had a fixed program afterward. The single thermal pool was good, but the jets didn't work all weekend.
