“Relaxing tranquil feel in the mountains”

We loved our stay here – the views were incredible and the grounds were just as beautiful. All the staff were super friendly and we had a couple awesome meals at the restaurant. We also played a lot of table tennis that evening! The carp fish pond and welcome drink/snack is a nice extra touch too. I’ve seen some reviews saying it’s not great because it doesn’t have air‑con – I disagree, you don’t need it as the climate is much cooler up there at night. Very lovely property with a relaxed feel, would stay again! I’d only say that you definitely have to rent a bike/driver if you want to go anywhere, but otherwise it’s a good base for the mountains.

The cleanliness, the well‑maintained garden, and the comfortable bedding were all excellent; the on‑site restaurant offered very good dishes, and the welcome was very friendly; the unexpected water show was also nice.

The property was nice, new, and clean; the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been better if the balcony lights in the family suite could be turned off at night and if there were hooks to hang shower towels.

The location was close to the market and the two rivers, and the Handara gate was nearby. The room was very small.

“Déception!”

The reception, the staff’s kindness, and the shower were positives. The room was tiny at 2,50 × 4,00 m, making it impossible to move around by the bed; a sink was beside the bed, there was no storage space, and no room to stow luggage because of the room’s size. The view was over the lake, which we always wanted to see, but the soundproofing was terrible; the neighbor’s TV was on at 4 a.m., which was very disappointing. The servers at the restaurant were indifferent and sloppy, serving all starters and main courses at the same time.
