“Not going back there.”

Breakfast was decent, and I liked the couch in the room. The shuttle service ended at 11PM, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn off a light; the staff didn’t respond when I called them. The A/C made the floor and anything near it wet. They put us on the pet floor because we arrived late at night and that was all they had. The shuttle was supposed to be running from 5AM, but when we asked for it, the attendant seemed surprised and had to call someone to show up to work. I asked for a receipt for my stay and they again seemed surprised; they had to go find some paper to feed the printer.

The room I had was moist—everything from the bed to the floor to the toilet paper felt damp.

I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not very varied, and the airport shuttle service did not arrive.

The price was right. False advertising! We arrived around 9 pm, expecting a drink and snack station as shown in the pictures, but there was none. We hadn’t had dinner and were hungry after our long flight. The clerk said, “oh, we took that down.” Then take down the picture!
