I never received the door‑code, so I had to park my car nearby and sleep in it overnight, which made me appreciate chain hotels more. My emails, texts and calls went straight to voicemail, and even after sending my driver's licence with the face and number redacted, they never replied. I suspect they wanted the unredacted licence, but the lack of response makes me think this is a shady operation.
