I stayed here while doing the spiritual variant of the Camino Portugués, detouring from Pontevedra to Combarro, then Armenteira, and finally Villanuova de Arosa; because there were no Alberque rooms in Armenteira, I chose Hotel Europa in Cambados, which turned out fine. The highlight was the very welcoming reception lady, Christina, and the included dinner and breakfast, which were very tasty. The room was clean, had no air‑conditioning but a fan that was enough, and the location was great—just a 5‑minute walk to the Cambados waterfront. Nothing really went wrong; everything was good, though it was higher priced than my usual Alberque on the Camino, but acceptable since the €87 I paid already included dinner and breakfast, which were delicious and complete.
