“Sucio”
Nothing good. The cigarette smell made me feel unsafe, the room was full of street people, there were no bath towels, and the room did not match the photos in the listing.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The staff were helpful, but the rooms 141 and 112 were infested with bedbugs, and the showers and toilets kept clogging. Waking up to bugs crawling over me made me look like I was doing meth, and the open sores from the bites were obvious. Even with a clean room, there were plenty of roaches. The blankets had burn holes and felt scratchy, and when I checked in I discovered drug paraphernalia—straws, foil, and a glass pipe—in the room.

The staff were friendly, but there were no towels and I didn’t like anything else.

The room smelled clean, but there were still a few pets around, although fewer than before.
