The vibe was great, the host was friendly and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and it was a calm spot to unwind after hiking the lakes. I only wish the host had explained the towel‑replacement and trash‑emptying policy beforehand, especially for longer stays; I had to ask, and he was helpful, but I’d prefer to know ahead of time.

The place felt cozy and clean, and the welcome atmosphere was warm. Michael and Debbie were fantastic hosts, and we’ll definitely return to Blue Stones; the location is just a stone’s throw from the town centre. There was nothing to dislike.
