The location is great and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The front‑desk area is a lovely spot for guests, and the elevator is appreciated. Tea, water, and other facilities are available, and there’s a place to sit while waiting to check in. There’s a communal fridge and luggage storage for early arrivals. The nearby restaurants are excellent, and the beach is just about a block away. The area is clean, feels safe, and is a good place to walk and explore. The room was a bit pricey – you’re definitely paying for the location. It looked a little dated and I noticed a hole in the fabric on a stool. The room was so hot that I couldn’t find a thermostat, and I was boiling the first day. On the second day I think a friend or staff found it, but I actually had to open the door to cool the room down.

The location is just close to Gwangalli Beach, which was good. The staff were generally very unfriendly, and for those staying longer, be aware that a 20,000‑won fee is charged for an extension. I was shocked when they suddenly demanded payment with no prior notice. I had booked a two‑night stay, but they didn’t confirm it properly and called me to ask why the room was being vacated, which was frustrating. They seemed to blame us even though they made the mistake. I booked at the price listed on the website, but the room is very narrow. The bathroom is really spacious, but the room itself is cramped, with only enough space for the bed and no extra room. I couldn’t even lay a 13‑inch suitcase flat. If you have a lot of luggage, this place is not recommended.
