“The hotel needs to provide better services to paying customers”

The spot was convenient, rooms were decent but needed upkeep. The restaurant treated everyone like a transit passenger from Ethiopian Airlines, refusing standard breakfast items like eggs, toast, or butter, forcing paying guests to eat Ethiopian dishes from the buffet. I felt they didn't deserve paying customers there. In the rooms, towels weren't provided unless requested, likely because most guests were transit travelers.

“Safe and comfortable stay!”

The front desk staff were very friendly, especially one named Mehret. The gym, spa, personnel, and all staff were fantastic. There was a slight truck noise at night from rooms by the roadside.
