Everything was cleaner than I expected, and the room was comfortable enough for a two‑night stay when I’d be exhausted each night. The staff were friendly and didn’t have any major issues. However, everything could use an update, especially the mattress. The walls were a bit too thin, so I could hear my neighbors’ uncomfortable conversations at night. Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” situation, and $130 a night was way too much.

The door was scratched, some particle‑board strips were missing, and many rooms had stacks of boxes—half the place felt like a warehouse. The vibe was dingy and slightly creepy, and the price was obviously inflated for the festival; I would never pay $170 for a rundown motel otherwise.
