The staff, especially Laisla, provided outstanding service, always asking and giving great itinerary suggestions—better than any AI 🤣 The breakfast was very good and the environment welcoming; the mattress was too firm, but they swapped it immediately and the team was eager to help.

It felt very cozy, clean, and organized. I have nothing to complain about.

The rooms and the lodge were very clean, and the staff were kind, friendly, and ready to help with any problem. They didn’t have air conditioning, but that didn’t bother me, and there was no parking inside the lodge.

The interior of the place is really nice—clean, modern and pleasant to be in. The only downside was the photo on the site; the building’s façade looks different from what was shown.

Everything went smoothly; Rodrigo and his family were incredibly friendly and the breakfast they served was flawless. I really couldn't find anything to fault.
