The spot is great and it’s quiet at night. The only downside is that the lift isn’t available.

Nothing to praise. The hotel lacks a lift, the management is subpar, and I was denied a table at the outdoor dining area just because I was alone, even though I booked a room for two and they only gave me one bottle of water as a rule. The Wi‑Fi in rooms is weak, and the credit‑card payment system is unreliable because of connectivity issues.

Only the location is good—it’s inside the city. The value is terrible: I booked a room for Rs 3,700/-, but when I checked in I was told the rate is about Rs 2,000/-. There were at least three or four empty rooms at the time, yet I paid roughly twice that for a dirty room. I could have understood if it were a peak season or weekend, but I checked in on a Thursday and paid a hefty price. There’s no lift, no proper room service, and it’s just a waste of money. I couldn’t find a way to contact them, so I left feeling very dissatisfied and decided I’ll never book this hotel again.
