The balcony offered a stunning view that made me feel like I was in Bryce Canyon, the food was good, and the restaurant itself was a great building with plenty of good stuff; the room was also very nice. The road to the hotel is a bad dirt stretch, about 6‑7 km from the main street, and it’s hard to drive, especially at dark.

The resort is beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. I’m not a fan of the buffet in the evenings, but that’s just my personal preference.

The property is very pretty and well kept, with two great pools and a beautiful view from every room and from the pools; the staff are also absolutely attentive, proactive, and helpful (when we had a problem with our car, they arranged a super safari into the crater for us on short notice).
