“Perfect location away from busy town center yet short walk away.”

I loved the location; the view was beautiful and it was a short walk to Anacapri and the chairlift. The pool was large, the food great, the room comfortable, and our terrace lovely. Bonus: free shuttle from the port. The staff were wonderful, especially Salvatore, the shuttle driver, who was very friendly and informative.

“I cannot wait to return with my family!”

The views are breathtaking, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the chairlift or, if you call ahead, you can get a free shuttle to and from the main port in Capri. The hotel layout and facilities are great, and the room was absolutely wonderful with beautiful decor, a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The staff was very courteous, polite, and responsive, and walking in, any stress melts away. They also gave excellent recommendations for activities and logistics, making the customer experience great. The exterior could use a touch of paint.

The location is optimal and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is very nice, truly a 4‑star place, but you have to use paper cups to clean your teeth. For beer from the minibar, only paper cups are available. The pickup from Marina Grande was arranged and confirmed three times, yet no one waited for us, and no one answered phone calls. Only after an hour did the driver arrive, and then everything ran smoothly.

A very nice, old hotel, warm and well preserved with beautiful views. The reception and dining staff were very warm. On the last day they let us leave our luggage so we could explore peacefully, and they retrieved it at the port. The breakfast was very good and the location was convenient.
