The cleanliness and location were great, but all the noise from the room next door could be heard.

The facilities are excellent and the service is top‑class; I've been here three times and each visit has been better than the last.

The location is easy to reach by transport. When I tried to bring my elderly parents to drop off their luggage in the room, they told me I had to pay to go up, even though it was just a drop‑off and we would come back down with them.
