The food was good and the staff were polite.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, including the private onsen, and the skincare kit in the room was really nice. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were all so attentive and friendly, with the chef and other staff going out of their way to accommodate allergies. The only downside was that the gift shop and hangout/bar area closed a bit early each evening.

The private onsen was a delight and I spent a lot of time in it. The meals were spectacular, the staff were so attentive, and I never saw another guest.

The room was private and quiet. The One was a little bit dated and worn.

The staff was amazing and the food was next level. The room did not feel luxurious and was quite old, and the amenities weren’t nice for the price I paid.
