We went to Beixiang Lake Park for the lantern festival over the long weekend; the location was OK. The self‑serve breakfast lady was friendly and enthusiastic, but the male waiter was not. The equipment was clearly old and broken, and the hotel didn’t fix it. 1. The massage function on the jacuzzi didn’t work; after multiple attempts, the front desk said the model was old and had no spare parts, implying the hotel knew the room had a problem but didn’t tell us until we discovered it ourselves—questionable integrity. 2. One of the two lights in the garage wouldn’t turn on. 3. The air‑conditioner was too cold, and the ceiling fan couldn’t be turned off; only after asking the front desk did I learn I had to use the main remote in the room to switch the fan off.
