The property was well‑prepared for tourists, with a spacious apartment, clean towels and sheets, and all the necessary equipment. Breakfast was very modest but appropriate for the rental price, and it was close to the city center.

The location was good. The cleanliness was poor and communication with guests was terrible.

The location is really close to Chivasso’s historic center and even allows a stroll in the city’s “Parco di Cavour.” Unfortunately, the facility lacks almost essential services such as TV or internet. I would also recommend making the kitchen more comfortable by providing dish towels to dry plates, and improving the breakfast products.

It’s near the center. TV was missing, the toilet was half broken, and the wardrobe was a dressing‑room.

The team responded promptly when we called for clarifications and the breakfast featured some really tasty biscuits, though those were the only ones available. However, after five minutes inside we realized the apartment didn’t have a front door but a garden French‑window entrance, the wallpaper was torn and showed clear mold spots, there were no power outlets or nightstands by the bed because the bed had to be moved to allow entry, and the shower was extremely tiny.
