The building is beautiful, the room is great, and the food is fantastic.

The room was lovely and characterful and the customer service was good. Dogs were allowed at breakfast—do you really need to bring your dog to breakfast? It was on a long lead so it could stand and watch every mouthful you took.

The hotel had a lot of character, dinner and breakfast were very good, the bar was extremely well‑stocked, and the staff were incredibly helpful. There was extensive parking available.
