Extremely courteous host, great location, and clean.

The location is great, and the staff is always helpful. However, the Bed & Breakfast feels incomplete because there’s no breakfast; the fridge in the room is empty and has no water at all. There’s no soundproofing, even though there are several neighboring rooms and pets are allowed.

The B&B is very welcoming, with spacious and clean rooms. The recent renovation is evident, and the furnishings are simple yet functional. All comforts—air conditioning, mini‑fridge, TV—are present. The exterior of the building is old and somewhat neglected, and the cleanliness there is lacking, though that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Camera top,essendo arrivati in anticipo abbiamo trovato la stanza ancora in preparazione, ma l'odore di pulito gia si sentiva, la posizione e eccezionale, si puo dire che si trova sul mare. Risulta difficoltoso parcheggiare nella zona circostante ma non impossibile, infatti ci ha suggerito subito un parcheggio convenzionato poco distante, se non volete spostarvi da gaeta, lasciate l'auto parcheggiata, il mare e vicinissimo bar e tabacchi pizzeria d'asporto pure, e c'è una fermata del trenino di gaeta a 10 min di camminata che vi puo portare a gaeta medievale. Nel complesso sono super soddisfatto
