The staff were very friendly and prepared breakfast for us even though we had to leave very early. Hot water!!! The Wi‑Fi on the 5th floor might not have worked well.

“Komfortowy hotelki”

A great spot right by Lake Titikaka, close enough to the center and the water. The room was clean and warm, and there was a small radio in the room. Breakfast was standard; we left early, so they gave us take‑away breakfast and a hot tea. The reception offered bottled oxygen. Highly recommend.

“Cheap, comfy, kind staff.”

Decent and cheap. Lots of stairs if you’re unlucky with the floor, so be prepared! The staff were lovely and kind. We had to leave before breakfast was served, so they wrapped some bread in a bag with our name on it – a very sweet touch. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets. The only downside was the many steps and the over 10‑minute walk from the bus station; it was a bit uphill and hard at that altitude, so a taxi would have been better.

The whole staff was excellent! The bed was super comfy and warm. The shower had good pressure, though it could have been hotter. They were very friendly, and because we were leaving early they handed us breakfast to go. Nothing else to note.
