During our stay we were disappointed with the communication at reception; they insisted on speaking English in a way that made us feel uncomfortable, constantly raising eyebrows and shaking their heads while saying “English.” In a foreign country, a polite and helpful approach to language barriers would have made guests feel more at ease and valued.

We booked this hotel quite last minute and for one night while travelling it was perfectly fine for what we needed. The rooms were a little noisy and the breakfast was quite basic with a limited selection. For a short stay this was not a major issue, although there is some room for improvement. A big positive was the staff. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a good option for one night while passing through and suited our needs well
