I had a pleasant stay thanks to the hotel's great location, convenient parking, and proximity to a lovely park on a wide street. The check-in process was swift and the staff were very cooperative, but I did find the beds to be a bit old.

I appreciated the hotel's good communication before my stay and the staff's helpfulness in quickly resolving any issues that arose. I was able to check in early, enjoyed a good breakfast, and appreciated the hotel's convenient location close to the airport and main tourist attractions, as well as its quiet setting. The hotel even arranged a taxi for me to Azad Kashmir, which was a nice touch.
