This place tops everything I've seen so far. The spot is fantastic, the apartment roomy and super comfy, and there's a great restaurant close by. The view is stunning. Above all, the owner and manager are incredibly helpful—you can count on them in any situation. They assisted me with a lot during my stay, and I know they'd gladly help again if I ever need it. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone hunting for a great place to stay.
The view from my room was BEAUTIFUL! The staff and host were very kind and super responsive. I didn't know the bathroom/toilet was outside the room, across the hall, which isn’t a big deal but could have been mentioned in the room description. I chose this room hoping for a quiet spot, but the noise was an issue and ultimately made me move to another location. There was loud karaoke in the neighborhood (I think it’s on the weekend), a big boat making pumping noise around 4 am, and the owner had some work changing the air‑con in the building, which made my work impossible. The wifi is OK but not stable enough for video calls.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with large, comfy beds. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The spot is great, just a short walk from the centre, super accessible by Grab, and there are restaurants within walking distance. Right next to the river, it’s nice and quiet. The host, Mr Hong, was super helpful and friendly—he knows a lot about different areas of Vietnam and had a great chat!
