We stopped for a break during a road trip in northern Italy. The breakfast was nice and the reception was friendly. One of the two apartments wasn’t clean: hair and fur in the shower, crumbs in the sink, dust mites in the stairwell. There was no duvet cover, only a sheet.

The staff were very kind, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable (the sofa bed a bit less so), and it was super convenient to have the bar/restaurant right below. Maybe a bit more attention to cleanliness would help.

The staff were good. The place was dirty, the coffee machine was broken and tended to mold, and the same was true for the kettle.

The facility is very new and well finished. The parking is incredibly convenient, right in front of the room entrance, and the on‑site bar‑restaurant is great – we ate there and were very satisfied with the reasonable prices and excellent quality. The staff were very friendly and courteous.
