Great location and a solid breakfast.
The place is good and the rooms are large, but the cleaning was lacking; the level of tidiness doesn’t match a 4‑star hotel, and it’s clear the hotel has aged. A major renovation would be welcome.

There was a definite wow factor on the surface, but overall it’s become shabby and needs an overhaul. The rug and the area under the sofa in our room hadn’t been cleaned—there were crisps and other crumbs. The sofa was stained, and there was no running water in the kitchenette.
The staff are amazing and very friendly, the location is excellent near the beach and promenade, but the cleanliness needs more investment and the breakfast isn’t that abundant.
