The food was very good, fresh, and carefully tailored to dietary needs. The quiet and calm at night provided a fantastic rest. The road to the property was annoying, about 8 km of concrete slabs and rough terrain, but the property itself isn’t responsible for that.

A very atmospheric place with history, beautifully situated, and well‑maintained grounds. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, with lovely areas for bike trips. Breakfast was decent. Minor flaws included unsightly textiles in the room (tablecloths, curtains, drapes), and the biggest downside was the lack of good coffee at breakfast (a pour‑over machine would have solved that). The basic breakfast had no fresh items, although we appreciated the offered scrambled eggs.

1. It’s nicely located with nice woods outside in the middle of nowhere 2. Staff are kind. 1. No possibility to seat outside or inside in the evening, everything was lights off. 2. We had the room just under the umbrella - we woke up to one of the staff smoking and swearing under our window at 8 AM 3. Breakfast is mostly from the discount supermarket and very repetitive

The surroundings are polite, the staff are courteous, and the building is beautiful, located in silence. The access to the place is poor.

An exceptional spot for those seeking quiet and peace. The palace sits in a secluded location, surrounded by nature. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are tasty. It’s a great base for bike trips—there’s a map of trails on the palace grounds. I recommend it!
