“La serenità”

I’ve tried a lot of similar places across Italy, but this one was almost flawless! The room was huge and relaxing, the bathroom was amazing, it was well‑climatized, and the fridge was always handy. The view was enviable, the location was dominant, everything was taken care of, and Marco’s discreet and perfect presence handled everything. Great job. If you need to find something because I do, the access road is beautiful and dirt‑filled, a bit rough in places, but I loved that too!

“Ottima esperienza”

The location, the tranquility, Marco’s friendliness, and the unique decor style were all outstanding. The breakfast offered genuine products. The owner was willing to make appointments; on the evening of our arrival he personally booked a great local restaurant with excellent value. The property is surrounded by nature and reached via a classic stony road, picturesque but a bit rustic. The entrance is slightly hidden: our tip is to drive slowly, especially if you have a heavily loaded car or a low clearance.

The stay was relaxing and quiet, the breakfast comprised local products and homemade sweets, both exceptional. Marco was always available for advice or help to get to know the Marche region better. We felt so comfortable that when we left we wanted to come back.
