The location was fine, but there was no breakfast, no geyser, the AC didn’t work well, the TV was broken, the alternate room had no cupboards, and the intercom was not functioning.

Pathetic. Nothing

The location and staff were the only positives, but the bedsheets were filthy and the hotel felt very shady.

I had a nice experience overall, which earned me a 9.0/10 score.

The hotel’s proximity to the station let me rest well, but my room opened onto a balcony littered with trash, the water heater wasn’t turned on until the morning so I couldn’t shower on arrival, and although my booking promised checkout at 14:00 and a 10 % restaurant discount, we were told at noon we had to leave by 13:00 or pay extra, with the staff refusing to honor the reservation terms; the receptionist was rude.
