MareMò Accomodations - Rooms in Tropea

I love this place. It was super clean and new. The hosts took care of everything—coffee machine, kettle for hot water, light snacks, tea, coffee, juice, water. There were beach towels, umbrellas, even slippers. I wish there were a tiny shower. Since the rooms are on the ground floor, daylight is limited, but who cares when you’re on a trip… The cleaning was daily. The beds and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve slept on. The rooftop terrace is so sweet and cozy… It’s a pleasure to sip coffee or wine there. The hosts were very courteous, responsive, answered all our questions, and helped in every way to make our stay pleasant and full. Wi‑Fi in the rooms is good, but weak on the terrace. Thanks, MareMo! There were no negatives.

The staff were fantastic, and the cleaning lady worked with remarkable precision every day. Each morning my room was spotless, the bed made, and fresh towels were provided, making me feel like I was on a five‑star vacation. The only downside was that the room lacked a large window, but that was more than compensated by the lovely terrace with tables, chairs, and atmospheric lighting—a perfect spot for warm, Calabrian evenings.
