“Locked Out, 1 Hour. Wasted Time”

We arrived just after 3 pm and couldn’t find a key in the lockbox. After four calls, four lockboxes opened, and five messages later, we finally accessed the room just after 4 pm. Security warned us not to lose the key, but we never found one in the lockbox—there should have been one! I messaged reception (not on-site) about my dissatisfaction, and they replied that we should respect neighbours and keep noise low. The only other car on site arrived after we got the room, so we were the only guests there before that. Additionally, there were three cooking utensils but no cooking facilities, and no sharp knife—so we had to cut fruit with a butter knife. I definitely won’t return.

“Great location, great room”

Everything we needed was there. You can hear a bit of noise around the place.

“Good value.”

I stayed in a spot right in the middle of town, and the place was spotless, offering good value for what I paid. The toilet seat was broken and the vanity had no practical storage.

“Clean and bright”

This place has a great location and it's really clean, which made my stay enjoyable. Everything was spot on, no complaints here. The area is convenient and the hotel's upkeep is impressive.
