“They rip you off”
The property let me book, but I wasn’t able to check in 15 minutes after booking. They should honor their bookings.

I found paper, wrappers, and socks left in my room by previous guests, and housekeeping didn’t remove them.

The spot was convenient, staff were friendly, and the place stayed clean, but the bed had a dip in the middle, and the breakfast items were still frozen or cold when service began, so they weren’t as good as they could have been.
