The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty selection, staff were very friendly and helpful, and Tiffany gave me lots of useful info; I joined the IHG membership and got a 20 % discount on the breakfast and dinner buffets. The room was beautiful, the rooftop infinity pool was a definite highlight, and the underground garage was spacious enough that cars don’t have to circle the hotel. The internet download speed was fine, about 264 Mbps, great for texting MSGs. Nothing to complain about.

The room was pretty and clean, and even on the damp mountain there was no mold; service was great, and after arriving the staff offered us hot Jin Xuan tea and biscuits to soothe our travel fatigue. We were very satisfied with dinner and breakfast, and we could actually enjoy fresh sashimi in the deep mountains, which everyone in the family praised.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel only has one buffet restaurant and no milk‑tea shop, which feels a bit monotonous. Aside from being a bit pricey, everything else met my expectations. I used my Visa card as a guarantee, but it’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received the refund; I paid all charges on the day I checked out, so only the deposit is missing. I’m not sure whether it’s the hotel or the bank’s fault, which is really frustrating.
