Breakfast was delicious and varied right on the beachfront, the white powder‑sand was gorgeous, the water crystal‑clear turquoise and spectacular at sunset, the bar was a real highlight, and the bungalow at the back, though a bit small, had everything needed; however, the staff could have been a little more attentive.

The spot is perfect for enjoying a very calm and stunning beach, which I consider the island’s best beach location, the staff are very kind, and there are evening shuttles that take you to the main street just 5 minutes away; the bungalows inside are fairly traditional (as shown in the photos) but still very comfortable, while breakfast is just average compared to the hotel restaurant’s dishes.

“Zodiac is a Bassdrum”

The location is fantastic! However, it seems only young adults should be allowed in; from 3 pm to 10 pm the place blares heavy bass‑driven club music at full volume, so you have to decide whether you want peace in a beautiful spot or a day‑long club vibe—there’s no quiet at all.

“Zodiac Seesun experience”

We stayed for 5 nights at the Zodiac and loved it from the moment we stepped onto the pier. It turned out they were expecting us, even though we had arrived unannounced—the resort had sent someone to pick us up, and we were the only Zodiac guests arriving on that boat. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were on the beach in no time. We absolutely loved the resort’s location—away from the long-tail boat mooring area and close to the picturesque North Point of Koh Lipe. Our bungalow came with great perks such as air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a safety box. There was also a nice selection at the daily breakfast buffet. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The resort’s management has posted several signs around the property announcing fines for various offenses, such as moving beach chairs or taking food from the buffet out of the restaurant. While I understand this is likely due to past incidents—and that some guests inevitably try to ruin things for everyone else—it does come across as a bit off-putting and gives the place a slightly cheap, motel-like feel
