A quiet, comfortable little hotel on the edge of the village. Right past the gates you’ll find a bus stop that takes you to the center of Kobuleti or to the market. The sea is just a five‑minute walk through a pine forest. The downside is the many dogs; they seem harmless but sometimes they form packs and start tussles with other groups right under your feet, which is a bit stressful.

The photos are accurate, and the place feels European‑standard with working air‑conditioners, decent furniture, and attentive staff. Nearby you’ll find essential shops, a beach with lifeguards, and a bus stop. No issues arose during the stay.

The grounds are impeccably clean, surrounded by forest, with the sea, grocery stores, a bakery, and a bus to Kobulleti all within walking distance. No shortcomings were found during the stay.
